Yes, we are an accredited accommodation provider. We have processes and procedures in place to ensure a consistently high level of customer service and accommodation quality is provided.

Yes, our villas are cleaned to a very high standard. Our cleaning staff have completed the COVID clean accreditation course to provide a safe and clean environment.

Yes, the villas have security doors and locks.

No, we have a locked key box located on the brickwork under the carport. Guests are required to check themselves in once they access their keys from the key box. Guests are given the code for the locked key when they book.

The deposit is one (1) night accommodation at the time of your booking.

Full refund less $150 cancellation fee for cancellations received more than 14 days prior to check-in.
50% deposit refunded for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to check-in unless the accommodation is re-booked in which case a full refund less $150 cancellation fee is issued.
For credit card payment cancellations, a 3.5% processing fee applies.
ALL Cancellations receive a $150 voucher which entitles the client to a $150 discount should they re-book within a 12-month period.

We prefer not to have single night bookings. A $75 surcharge is applied.

The beach is only a couple of minutes walk. You cross over a walking/bike path but you don’t have to cross any roads to get to the beach.

The city centre (York Street) is about 5.5km

The Golf Club is only a couple of minutes walk. You can easily wheel your golf buggy on foot.

Yes, very close by - in between the villas and the beach.

Yes, the road into the villas is a no-through road, so there is no passing traffic. Only traffic is generally from guests staying in the villas. The speed limit is 5kph.

Each villa has their own private carport. There are also several parking bays at the front of the villas.

Yes, We have special bays with bollards, so trailers and boats can be chained securely.

No, there is a small strip of coastal vegetation between the villas and the ocean. The vegetation acts as a good windbreak should the wind blow from the East.

No, there are no steps or stairs in or outside the villas. The area where the villas are located is quite flat also.

Yes, we have a BBQ located in an enclosed, secure courtyard with an outdoor table and chairs.

Yes, free wi-fi is provided.

Yes. We are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smokers are welcome to smoke outdoors.

We will always try and accommodate guests where possible. During busy periods where we have back-to-back bookings, it may not be possible to provide early check-ins and late check-outs.

Yes, we have smart TV’s so you can watch the channels you subscribe to. We also have a Bluetooth HiFi system that allows you to listen to your favourite tunes from your phone / device.

Yes, the villa has an electric oven and an electric induction cooktop. All the pots and pans required for cooking are provided. The villa also has a mircrowave.

Yes, we provide all bed linen and bath towels. We don’t provide beach towels.

Yes, we can provide cots and highchairs. Guests are required to supply their own cot linen.

Yes, we can provide folder beds if required. The additional cost is $30 per night.

Yes, we provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, disposable shower caps and a hairdryer.

We provide salt, pepper, coffee (including plunger coffee), tea, milk, cooking oil, paper towels, gladwrap and alfoil.

Yes, the golf club does meals on Friday nights. They also have a bar.

There are supermarkets close by. IGA is at Spencer Park and on North Road and a Woolworths at Bayonet Head or in town. There is also a Coles in town. All are 3-5km away.

There are cafes, restaurants and bars about 2.5km at Middleton Beach and a café about 2km at Emu Point.

Only on special circumstances do we accept pets. We have strict pet guidelines. A bond is required.
