THE VILLAS
Albany Bayside Villas consists of three villas:
“Southern Shores”, “Southern Sands” and "Southern Stars".
Our 3 Beachside Villas offer all the modern conveniences to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Perfectly situated on beautiful Middleton Beach with the Albany Golf Club next door and cycle and walking paths starting on your door step!
Each villa is fully self-contained with reverse cycle air conditioning, have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets, a fully functional kitchen, lounge, laundry, private courtyard/BBQ area with undercover parking and extra parking for additional cars, boats and trailers.

Rates are per night, quoted in Australian Dollars and vary according to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms required as well as the season.
Rates apply to both, Southern Shores and Southern Stars.
Special discounts are available throughout the year and for longer stays.

A deposit of one night accommodation is required at time of booking with the balance of payment due two weeks before arrival.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit or Cash.
Credit cards are processed through a secured site and a receipt is generated automatically and emailed to guests.

2 night minimum stay: (Surcharge of $75 for 1 night)
3 night minimum stay: Long weekends (3 bedroom peak rate applies)
4 night minimum stay: Easter weekend (3 bedroom peak rate applies)
Summer School Holidays: 3 bedroom peak rate applies (4 night minimum)
Folder beds: Available for additional guests ($30 per night)
Infants under 12 months: Free of charge. Free cot & highchair available

Full refund less $150 cancellation fee for cancellations received more than 14 days prior to check-in.
50% of deposit refunded for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to check-in unless the accommodation is re-booked in which case a full refund less $150 cancellation fee is issued.
For credit card payment cancellations, a 3.5% processing charge applies for credit card payments.
All cancellations receive a $150 voucher which entitles the client to a $150 discount should they re-book accommodation at Albany Bayside Ocean Villas within a 12 month period.
